Unique in its strategies, TEAM is laying the groundwork for Democratic victories that will determine America’s future. TEAM is a unique alliance of committed people, like you, working together to defeat Republican reactionaries. TEAM is at work empowering people to speak the truth about Republican policies by focusing on the issues that matter most in their state. Person-to-person, neighbor-to-neighbor, and friend-to-friend, TEAM members help all citizens understand the power that they have to change this nation for the better.
The Equality Alliance Mission (TEAM) is dedicated to energizing liberals to achieve crucial changes – the mobilization of millions of people to register and vote around the critical issues facing our country, the defeat of the conservative Republican Agenda, and the election of progressives in state, local, and federal contests. Never in the history of this great country has an organization harnessed the power of the Internet in the manner that TEAM has. The Team website is the central repository for shared information. Group mail creates a community where information is shared and discussed in Think Tank fashion. Email and mailing lists allow for the quick dissemination of news and information to keep all members up to date and current on the issues. As TEAM grows, both in talent and financially through contributions, we will be accredited as the first organization to achieve great political power by harnessing the full power of the Internet.
We are outraged at the policies and abuses of the past four years: the jobs lost, lives wasted, health care denied, air and water fouled, disregard for separation of church and state, discriminatory policies and rights abridged. Together, we will create the largest turnout of voters in history, voters who will go to the polls and elect progressive candidates from the school boards to the White House. Our democracy is at a precipice. It will take all dedicated liberals, like you, to take the truth to the American people, educating, encouraging, and securing their commitment to help.

- To Assist Other Groups and Individuals in Obtaining Equality.

- To Mobilize Individuals to Be Active Participants in The Protection of Rights.
